How to Return

If you need to make a return, just reach out to our Customer Support Team by emailing us at service@zhiyatechfashion.shop. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days with all the details you need to return your watch. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number, which you’ll need to include in your shipment.

Shipping Responsibility

We can’t take responsibility for items lost during return shipping, and we won’t cover return shipping costs unless you receive an incorrect or defective product.

Refund Details
